This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Confirmed booking  cancellation will charge minimum of  Rs 1000  
•  If a confirmed booking is cancelled  between forty-eight hours (48) and up to twelve (12) hours before the scheduled departure of the vehicle, cancellation charges will be deducted as follows: 25%(Twenty Five percent) of the fare subject to the minimum cancellation charge referred to in clause 1(a) plus tax applicable  
•  If a confirmed ticket is cancelled online within twelve (12) hours and up to four hours before the scheduled departure of the vehicle cancellation charges will be deducted as follows: 50%(Fifty percent) of the fare subject to the minimum cancellation charge referred to in clause 1(a) ) plus tax applicable 
• Reason for cancellation will not be applicable for any higher refund percentage
•  No refund of fare shall be admissible on the tickets having confirmed reservation  up to four hours before the scheduled departure of the vehichle
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
